I have a thought that the main cause for instability in our day to day peace is that we get confused between self respect and dominance. This is the case both in personal and professional life.
All of us demand for respect from others but very few give it back.
It never costs us anything to give what we take.we should first accept the fact that all are equal. We go off track when promotions knock our door.
Never take the praisings to your head. If you take this piece of suggestion you will start respecting all your subordinates. Later it will be your character of being gentle.
In fact we all want to be genuine deep inside but the issue is we never take steps to let it out.
Take the step and it will become your character.
Be gentle.
