Remedy for stress

It's normal that we all have stress during our work . The main reason behind it is that we let our work influence our mind.
Stress also occurs when we get random thoughts running in our mind irrelevant to the present moment. These thoughts causes negative vibrations that makes our performance constricted.
One of the possible ways to eradicate stress gradually is by controlling our thoughts that aren't necessary at the present moment.
Spiritual understanding of self will aide to perform the above.
Whenever you do some work just focus on that regardless of the repercussion.
This could help us not to let our thoughts to wander.
Start loving the work you do even the task being simple.
